近日，明樹(shù)數(shù)據(jù)收到一封來(lái)自亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行（亞投行）的感謝信。
感謝信中，亞投行肯定了明樹(shù)數(shù)據(jù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的貢獻(xiàn)。正如亞投行項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在感謝信中所言，明樹(shù)數(shù)據(jù)不負(fù)期待，副總經(jīng)理焦軍先生為斯里蘭卡政府官員代表團(tuán)所做的PPP和城鎮(zhèn)化中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的培訓(xùn)圓滿成功。
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude towards you for your insightful and inspiring presentation of “Overview of Public Private Partnership (PPP) Development and Urbanization in China” to the Sri Lankan Delegation during their visit to Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) Headquarters on February 21, 2019. 而說(shuō)起這次培訓(xùn)的來(lái)由，則要追溯到上個(gè)月亞投行與斯里蘭卡代表團(tuán)的會(huì)晤。
2019年2月21日至2月22日，亞投行在北京與斯里蘭卡政府就亞投行貸款支持的科倫坡城市發(fā)展項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了貸款談判。
同時(shí)，應(yīng)斯里蘭卡方的要求，亞投行邀請(qǐng)了中國(guó)北京明樹(shù)數(shù)據(jù)科技有限公司副總經(jīng)理焦軍先生就《如何采用“PPP”方式進(jìn)行城市建設(shè)和管理》進(jìn)行了專題培訓(xùn)，并與斯里蘭卡代表團(tuán)成員們溝通交流，回答了他們的問(wèn)題。

明樹(shù)數(shù)據(jù)接到亞投行任務(wù)邀請(qǐng)后，根據(jù)明樹(shù)的PPP數(shù)據(jù)研究成果，系統(tǒng)梳理和提煉總結(jié)了PPP國(guó)際理念、中國(guó)PPP政策與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在培訓(xùn)中全景呈現(xiàn)給斯里蘭卡政府代表團(tuán)官員，還通過(guò)精彩案例為斯里蘭卡官員分析了高速公路流量預(yù)測(cè)的時(shí)間結(jié)構(gòu)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)機(jī)制，探討了如何運(yùn)用PPP模式和經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)思維，借鑒世行城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)驗(yàn)，整合土地利用、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與公共服務(wù)，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與城市開(kāi)發(fā)。
